Welcome to DesignKing.lk. This Delivery Policy explains how we deliver our digital services and outlines the standard timeframes for each service category. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Method
Since DesignKing is a digital service provider, all completed work is delivered electronically.
We do not send or ship any printed materials or physical products.
Your completed order will be delivered through one of the following methods based on your preference:

We ensure that all files and materials are securely transferred and accessible to the client.
2. Graphic Design Services Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all standard graphic design services (such as logo design, flyer design, poster design, social media designs, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving full payment and complete order requirements.
However, please note:
If essential order details (such as text content, design references, or color preferences) are missing, the project will be placed on hold until we receive the necessary information.
Once all required information is received, the delivery countdown begins.
If any unexpected delay occurs, we will inform the buyer in advance with the revised delivery time.
3. Revisions for Graphic Design Services
We understand that adjustments may be required after delivery.
All revision requests are typically completed within 24 hours of receiving your feedback.
We always aim to deliver revisions as soon as possible (ASAP) to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
If multiple revisions or complex changes are requested, the estimated delivery time will be updated accordingly.
4. Shopify and WordPress Website Design Delivery
Our Shopify and WordPress website design services require more in-depth planning and execution.
Standard delivery time: Up to 5 working days after receiving the full payment and project requirements.
Revision period: Up to 48 hours for requested adjustments.
⚠️ Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
If the project requires additional time, we will notify you in advance and provide a new estimated delivery date.
5. Social Media Advertising Campaigns
Delivery time for social media advertising campaigns (such as Facebook and Instagram ads) depends entirely on the project scope and schedule agreed upon during the initial discussion.
We will provide the expected launch date and campaign duration once the project details are finalized.
6. Communication and Updates
We believe in transparency and clear communication.
If there are any delays, updates, or changes to your order status, we will contact you immediately through your preferred communication method (email or WhatsApp).
You can also reach out to us at any time for updates regarding your ongoing project.
7. Non-Delivery Situations
In rare cases where we cannot deliver a service due to unforeseen issues (such as missing client requirements, technical problems, or communication gaps), the client will be informed promptly.
In such situations, the project may be:
Rescheduled for a later delivery date, or
Cancelled with a refund, following our Refund and Returns Policy.
