However, if there is ever a reason for dissatisfaction, we are happy to review refund requests according to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
As we provide digital services only, there is no need to return any product or file to request a refund.

Refunds are processed only when valid reasons are presented, and eligibility is verified according to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  • Non-Delivery: DesignKing.lk failed to deliver the purchased service within the promised delivery time.

  • Service Not as Agreed: The service delivered is substantially different from what was clearly agreed upon.

  • Order Cancelled Before Work Began: If the project is cancelled before any work has started.

If we have already completed a portion of your order, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Refund Approval Process

Once a refund (full or partial) has been approved and processed:

  • The buyer no longer holds any right, license, or ownership of the product, design, or materials delivered by DesignKing.

  • All creative materials, designs, and concepts remain the intellectual property of DesignKing.lk.

  • The refunded designs or materials must not be used, shared, printed, or published in any form.

Violating these terms may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has been started or completed.

  • Failure to provide required project details or feedback on time.

  • Full approval of final designs or delivery confirmation from the client.

  • Miscommunication due to incorrect contact details provided by the client.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of a service has been delivered or certain project stages were completed, a partial refund may be offered based on the percentage of completed work.
