1. Overview
DesignKing.lk is a creative design service provider offering graphic design, Shopify and WordPress website design, and social media advertising campaign management.
These Terms govern your use of our website and services and form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and DesignKing.lk (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, making a purchase, or submitting a design request, you confirm that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws when using our services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
3. Services Provided
DesignKing.lk provides a variety of creative services including but not limited to:
Graphic Design Services: Logo design, social media posts, flyers, posters, packaging, and more.
Web Design Services: Shopify and WordPress website development.
Advertising Services: Social media campaign creation, management, and ad optimization (Facebook & Instagram).
All services are provided digitally, and no physical deliveries are made.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website, via WhatsApp (+94 710 612 500), or by email (info@designking.lk).
Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods include online transfer, bank deposit, or other approved methods.
Design work will commence only after payment confirmation and finalization of requirements.
5. Delivery Policy
All completed projects and design files are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and revision requests.

6. Revisions & Modifications
Each project includes a defined number of free revisions (usually two) as stated at the time of order.
Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur an extra charge.
Major concept changes after approval may require a new order.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are not applicable once final files have been delivered or approved.
Designs created under a refunded or cancelled order may not be used for any purpose.

8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment:
You receive ownership and commercial rights for the final approved design(s).
DesignKing.lk retains the right to display completed works in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Source files are provided only if included in the purchased package or agreed upon in advance.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information for each project.
Supply all required content, text, or media in a timely manner.
Review and approve designs promptly to avoid delays.
DesignKing.lk is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete client information or late responses.
10. Limitation of Liability
DesignKing.lk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Confidentiality
All project-related information shared by clients is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with client consent.

12. Termination
DesignKing.lk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any order or account if:
The client violates these Terms.
The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.
Payment is not received as agreed.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
